The activity reporting feature has been available in Silktide Prospect for a while now, and allows administrators on the Premium or Enterprise plans to take a closer look at how their teams are using Silktide Prospect.

The information provided by the usage by user reports, whether it is the number of businesses tested, the number of Silktide Prospect reports shared via email, or simply the number of times a user has logged in, forms an important basis for management information reporting.

Recently, the Silktide Team released a new feature that enhances the level of detail provided in the activity reports by giving account administrators the ability to report on the number of times users have simply visited a particular section within a report.

So if you are a Sales Manager and you wanted to find out whether your sales team has viewed the details section, or specifically the local presence section within the details section, then it is now possible via the activity reporting and usage by user reports.

This is important if you are selling a particular solution, such as AdWords, and want to see whether your sales team is looking at the detail section on the AdWords result as part of the sales process.
